Course instructor

Your course instructor is Herman Roos, the owner and chief instructor at Boswa Survival. He has over 25 years of experience teaching outdoor and survival courses around the world and has survived in most of our planet’s extreme environments including the arctic, the highland mountains of Scotland, the jungles of Thailand and the deserts of Africa.

He is an explorer, life skills influencer and writer and are professionally qualified as a survival instructor, divemaster, skydiver, ocean skipper, rock climbing instructor, abseiling instructor, outdoor medic, 4×4 recovery instructor, anti-poaching special unit instructor, self-defense and martial arts practitioner, wildlife protection ranger and snake handler.
