Tracking Training Course

This professional 1-day tracking training course is open to anyone over the age of 16 years.

This course is available only at our Gauteng, Western Cape, Limpopo and Kwazulu-natal training branches.

  • The basics is tracking and what we use tracking for.

  • How to make and use your own tracking track.

  • How to read nature signs in tracking.

  • How to read animal signs in tracking.

  • How to identify animal signs and tracks.

  • How to determine the age of tracks.

  • How to perform counter-tracking for survival.

This is a 1-day tracking course.

We start at 09h00 and finish at 16h00.

You will need the following kit to complete the course :

  • Survival knife

  • Water bottle

  • Cooking pot

  • Mug and spoon

  • Waterproof jacket

  • Hat or cap

  • Notebook and pen

You do not sleep over on this course.

Due to special dietary requirements of most people nowadays we do not provide meals for this course. You are welcome to bring your own linch and snacks along.
