Survival course terms & conditions

All courses need to be paid for in full to secure the booking and course date for a specific course. A course booking can only be confirmed once full payment and a completed and signed booking form has been received.
We have a very strict no-refund policy on course bookings and no refund will be made for any course booking. We will however endevour to book you on any available future course date should you not be able to attend your booked course date. Should a student be unable to attend a course he/she may transfer the course place to another student.
Should a student fail to notify us that he/she will not be able to attend a course date and simply do not arrive for the course, the student will be required to pay 50% of the course fee to re-book a future date. If no correspondence is received from a student within 12 months with an outstanding booking, the booking will be cancelled and the student will have to make a new booking and pay for the course again.
We reserve the right to move a course date form any safety reason, when an instructor have a crisis and cannot run the course, or if there are less than 4 students on a course. The students will be notified of such cancellation and date move within 24-hours of their course.
On signing of our booking form a student give permission to Boswa Survival to use any photographic images or video material taken on any course. Such photographic images and/or video material may be used by Boswa Survival in any way for promotional, educational or marketing purposes. No claim may be made against Boswa Survival for use of any photographic images or video material whatsoever including monetary or any other claim.

All our products have a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7-days of purchase. (Excludes shipping costs)
All our products have a 1-year guarantee against any defects or breakages. Should your product break or fail within 1-year of purchase, we will replace the product or provide a full refund of your purchase price. (Excludes shipping costs)
Shipping costs are not added to product prices and may differ depending on your choice of courier or delivery as well as your location. Please contact us at enquiries@boswa.co.za for a shipping quote on your order.
No order shall be shipped before full payment has been received and have cleared in our bank account.
